A facility represents the location where CDR activities take place. Projects are audited under the facility they’re associated with, so creating accurate facilities is critical for successful audits.

Reach out to your Puro Account manager to have your facility created in MyPuro 2.0.
How To: Assign Members to a Facility
Go to the Facilities page and select a facility.
Click Members in the top right.
Add members as either:
Facility Admins – Can edit all facility details but cannot add new users.
Contributors – Can edit only the data assigned to them and reassign tasks within the facility.
💡 Members in a facility appear first in dropdowns when assigning tasks. You can still assign work to non-members—the platform will prompt you to either add them to the facility membership or create a one-off assignment.
