Documents move through a series of internal statuses to indicate workflow progress. These statuses are internal only and not visible to suppliers. Keeping them up to date helps your team know where each document stands and ensures audit readiness.

How To

  1. Open a Document to check its current status.

  2. Update the status to reflect progress:

    • Pending – Evidence collection in progress.

    • Ready for Review – Evidence collection is complete and awaiting reviewer approval.

    • Approved – Reviewed and finalized.

    • Skipped – Document intentionally excluded from this monitoring period.

  3. From your homepage, monitor all documents marked Ready for Review and approve them once verified.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Keep statuses updated in real time to give your team visibility into document progress.

  • Use Skipped deliberately to prevent misleading reporting.
